Heroes 3 Online community at IGZ!
Hi, I am here to gather the support of people who play HOMM3 online to bring the game over to IGZ ( International Gaming Zone), a brand new client based on the old microsoft gaming zone, which is currently enabling online play for such classics as Age of Empires I AND II (NO HAMACHI REQUIRED! simply forward your ports if you have a router!)
If enough people from heroes community post on their forum and vote for the game to be implemented into their servers, the heroes 3 online community would finally have an agreeable place to congregate!

I played about a half of year at IGZ in Age of Empires. It's really good system with good rating system, and it's more better than GameSpy. It's will be greate if Heroes players will start playing there!

well, everyone, tell your friends to come register and contribute to the thread at IGZ. Who knows, if we get about 50 or so recommendations, we may really be able to bring Heroes 3 over!

I think i can make advertisment and get 50 or more votes. But you need 50 votes or 50 posts with recomendations?
And next question - Heroes will start automatically and after game rating will compute automatically too as in AoC lobby?
Next questions - Warcraft and Urban Assault have more than 50 votes - so why they havn't lobby in IGZ?

Both Votes AND Recommendations will give the admins an idea of how well this game will fare should they decide to host it.

In my opinion ratings tend to discourage new players, because not only are many people unwilling to teach newbies, but a low rating will make it difficult for them to get into anymore games to practice their skills. I'm sure the admins will decide whether or not the lobby is to be rated depending on what the posts in the thread say.

a previous zone game, Ants, was returned after it had reached 50 votes. For one, Battle.net is still providing hosting services for Warcraft III, so the admins think such a lobby would be redundant. However, I am not sure why Urban Assault hasn't been hosted yet.
In any case, the cases of Warcraft and Urban Assault are irrelevant to the chances of heroes 3 being hosted. If 50 votes will not satisfy them, then we will aim for 100, 200, whatever it takes!
Anyways, if at all possible, as you're voting for the game, please try to make a constructive, RESPECTFUL post to go along with it. It will give the admins an idea of how the heroes 3 community in general behaves! (I did NOT appreciate that anti-american, anti-semitist comment posted by "xlnt" on the IGZ thread recently...)
