Well, In HoMM1 and 2, the speed is not described with numbers. And the two fastest possible speeds (not sure which is faster though) are ultra fast and blazing. Do I get to ask another question?

It seems no one got it right. 
In h2, the speed rating :
crawling < very slow < slow < medium
< fast < very fast < ultra fast
<blazing < instant !
The highest possible speed can be achieve by casting
mass haste on phoneix.
As for h3, Milena is basically right, 
Phoneix: 21
Sir Mullich: 2
3 combat speed artifacts: 4
expert haste: 5
expert prayer: 4
So the highest possible speed is 36 !
(well, I'm not so sure whether conflux has a
native terrain, if yes, it will be 37. You can
move around the whole battlefield before attacking
 )

That is bad word sorry the correct word is "prejudicial" but I think my translator is a very bad software sorry , whit his word, I mean the spells that no causes damage but is bad for you (like slow, curse, etc,)
and I refear to a dispruting ray , good answer

There were actually 3 of them!
Sandro the Warlock in HoMM1 and Necromancer in HoMM2 and 3,also Alamar the warlock and Crag Hack the Barbarian.
One more thing:WOOCK!I can't believe u couldn't remeber the name of theee most powerful hero in the game:Lord Alamar!
The Warlock campaign in HoMM1 is Lord Alamar!
My question to you will be:
Which countries fought the Timber Wars?
