What is your favourite Heroes III theme?
I do not know if this kind of thread is already created but I just want to know what is your favourite theme from Heroes of Might and Magic III? I like the 4th battle theme myself. [url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M0ObS62Js-4]Battle theme 4[/url]

I think this video of the Secret Theme suits it better.
Personally I just enjoy the Town Themes the most. All the other themes are still good, but I find the towns the best. And it's hard for me to pick a favourite.

I always found that the town themes resonated with me the most, they all just seem to work well with the visuals of the towns for me.. I even have them all on my iPod. 
Anyone else found that the inferno theme has made me them want to do evil things?

Only to fictional characters. I'm guessing if they made a Might and Magic Fable-like game the behaviours of the players may be influenced by the background music, especially if they were to reuse the town themes =D

My thoughts exactly. And, secret is great, along with "good"?, I can't recall the name but those short bursts of music I have always wished were far longer.
H5 has some good tunes but they seemed to be in the same mode; of making short musical statements, which <imo> was a mis-step away from the sweeping-epic sounds of the H3 town-themes.
Was it "snow" that had the wind? Always thought it and "water" could have been expanded too, to great result.

I remember that I enjoyed this theme first time when I played Sir Christian's campaign
Btw I would like to add some H3 music to my telephones... I do not know how it is possible but if someone know a solution I would like to hear it..

Definitely Fortress, it's just hauntingly beautiful.
All of the themes are great though (Main Menu theme will be forever stuck in my head), HIII's music continues to be the best of the series even now.

5 - Rampart
6 - Rough
Yet I found it extremely rewarding to replace many of the themes with other themes. So, this is how my H3 sounds for some months now:
Dungeon --> Hordes of the Underdark (oh God...);
Dirt --> Aielund's Saga "Spellbound" (real Dirt becomes Rough)
Underground --> Heroes 2 "Necropolis paino song"
Grass --> King's Bounty "Glory Ride"
Swamp --> King's Bounty "Sacred Quest"
Lava --> King's Bounty "Knight"
Tower --> King's Bounty Main Menu (dont get me wrong, the Tower theme is very good, but I thought this one more appropriate);
Castle --> King's Bounty "Homelands"
Water --> King's Bounty "To the Horizon"
Win / Lose Battle --> King's Bounty "Victory"
