Help! I can't see!
Ubi launcher goes up, then game boots up, but I don't get a display. The cursor changes and I must "Alt + Tab" to do anything else, but there is absolutely no display. It's like Heroes became totally transparent.
I have been tweaking my system's performance yesterday and today. I was changing resolutions. It still ran fine. Immediately before this problem, I just increased my RAM (3Gb to 4Gb, swapping 2x512 for 2x1Gb) and now this happened. I have tried HAWX2 from the Ubi launcher and it runs fine. So do my other games and programs. Only Heroes VI is having any issues.
Any suggestions?

By the way, I tried clicking around on what looks like my desktop, but with the Heroes glove cursor, and I can even interact with the game menu. It is literally like the game display is simply transparent.
***Edit***
I guess Ubi support says that when I changed to the highest resolution, the game isn't working with it. I guess it is something in a ISO file somewhere. I made a copy of my profile, etc. onto my desktop. I hope the patch will fix it. Otherwise, my only option is to ditch my progress when I reinstall the game.
Does anyone know a way I could keep my progress?

If playing online. your saves and progres is svaed on teh Ubiservers, you will have access to them even after treinstalment or when you play on another computer, all you need to doo is log into the ubiserver with your account
Whyle playing offline, your progress and games are saved in documents, and if the game is reinstaled they are deleted, sou if you want to keep them, make a packup, but since common saves are not playable with a new patch, and 1,2 is out today you might not t bother with that

What is your Heroes VI game version - 1.1, 1.1.1, 1.2, 1.2.1?
Please try updating your NVidia video card driver to latest, from NVidia 's web site.

To see the version number, run the Heroes VI game, and on the main menu screen, look at bottom right. The version number along with current time should be displayed there. Please tell us what version you have...
