*Looking around on the shelves I remember the shipment I got in last week but was to lazy to unpack.*
I do have somthing along those lines but an enchatment will be needed to get the thing going. It's called the The Time Mages Tavern Topper. It looks heavy but try it on and I'm sure you can tell how light it's speed makes it. It looks similar to that of a black mage's hat but is a shimmering blue and has a glowing golden star near the top. When activated it's glow becomes brighter and it may hum from the energy. It will speed up your entire body and also allow for faster digestion and minimum hangovers.
The price for this wonderful piece is only 45 gp.
