Old Heroes MM 1, 2
I would clearly label HMM1 and 2 as abandonware, because I have not found it anywhere. Any idea where I can get them, or even download them? I remember playing them years ago, but now I cant find them. Any help?

Where ya from, man? Where I live, HoMM1 and 2 are broadly available. Just shows how there are no half decent game stores where you live.

Where ya from, man? Where I live, HoMM1 and 2 are nowhere to be found. Just shows how there in Poland they only have old games in stores where you live.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada, eh! I already found some abandonware sites that have HMM1, but still lookin for HMM2 and its expansion pack.

I'd have to agree, there are no store here that sell old games like that. I remember that the c os community site (cdos.org) had both HOMM1 and 2 but it seems to be quite down now.

I just did a search on Kazaa and found couple Heroes 2 games. 200mbs.
Though no Heroes 1 so far.

Here in Russian, there was no way to buy license for homm1&2 half a year ago (plenty of pirated ones were available though), but now that Buka issued Platinum here as well, it became possible. So now I have all the versions of the game, and all in license

CD Projekt releases these cool Saga thingies. There's Baldur's Gate and HoMM so far. The only parts of the HoMM series the HoMM Saga set doesn't have are the HoMM4 expansions and Desecreted Lands (hardly anyone heard about this one though, so no wonder)

I also live in Toronto. I got the Heroes and Might and Magic Millenium edition from Future Shop for $20. It has Heroes 1, 2+expansion and 3 ROE (no expansions with 3). But Platinum Edition is supposed to have heroes 3 complete in it, not sure if it has Heroes 4 also.

No it really is Heroes of Might and Magic Millenium Edition. It has Heroes 1, Heroes 2 plus expansion Price of Loyalty and Heroes 3 Restoration of Erathia.
Platinum I believe has Heroes 3 Complete not just ROE.

Wow, cool! Is it released by 3DO or by pirates?
Or perhaps by Microsoft?
