Is there any way that Steve is able to tell that the opponent pokemon is now immune to our attacks, aside from attacking?

Hmm interesting question. Again got ahead of myself  , but I would say that it was a phenomena that your pokedex could pick up on and relay to you. Now how to make my post say that ...

Also, for every light pokemon scanned by any box the pokedexes get more information. Eventually it will be able to tell you everything about the light pokemon that it does about the normal pokemon..and maybe then some.

And ditto most of what Alkar said. I like playing someone who's utterly clueless once in a while, mostly 'cause it's them and not me!  It also helps that it's fun.

Oh and remember that Light Pokemon do not consider the other types for what they are strong/weak against. Will just give you access to more choices for Abilities.
Steve's light pokemon will eventually have FOUR types. The light/bird/fire will only have three. The bug pokemon will have the most once fully evolved (of pokemon the characters will get). Oh and the list in the crystal is the head honchos. There are smaller less powerful void pokemon, and one you already took out, but those are the ones to be worried about.
To the others, remember though this may SEEM like a lot of action it has actually taken place in a short ammount of time .
Edit : Kareeah - A little snaffu with the HCM's I sent you. It is Pidgey and Cyndaquil not Pidgey and Quilava. Sorry about that.

No worries, I kind of figured that was what you meant.

IMO writer fits better. You don't have to worry about your paints drying out and you don't have to drag as much stuff with you.

Yari's newest pokemon..
Ok keeping all the 'light' pokemon stats identical (except based on nature), to make my life easier. The new pokemon (when I update) will be a Light/Water/Ground pokemon resembling a Muk (a water ground pokemon would be a bit unusual ). It is genderless, but Del_diablo you can pick the nature. It's ability will be Moldability*.
*-Fire and Ice attacks do 25% less damage, and it is immune to electricity (remember light pokemon do not get the benifit from their types besides light, of course neither do they take extra damage because of them either). It also can take on other forms (comes with transform).
Abilities (Set)
Glow
Transform
Del_Diablo feel free to pick four more abilities from Totadile's starting form, and/or whichever form is Shandshrews starting . I am sure Kareeah knows more about that then I do . You can only have a total of six and the above two MUST be two of them (though when they level from here on you can get rid of them).

Edit : Sorry to do this to everybody but...All pokemon are now level 12! I have a feeling somebody will soon pound me on my head and shoulder area for all the work they will have when they will return!
