My theory about Academy magic heroes:
Offensive - Elementalist
"Standard" - Wizard
The defensive one is tricky, i believe that ist going to be Enchanter, other possibilities being Loremaster and Artificer, although i feel that the latter falls to close to Alchemist.
Sylvan heroes are going to be interesting and tricky.
I believe that the only certainity is that the standard might is going to be the ranger. I think we can see a warden class too. Maybe bard?
Since druids are creatures, then well, its going to be difficult. There isn't enough sylvan lore to make any hard considerations. Probable possibilities: Sage, Geomancer, Loremaster, Bard, Shaper. Although they have kept hero classes one worded names only*, a -insert something druid (like grand druid or smth) is a possibility.
I have avoided Seer in both academy and sylvan for one reason... they are more linked to Blind Brothers than any faction.
*Death Knight is a highly probable exception to that.

I decided to try my hand at remaking the spider city and... well...
I can't draw so I used powerpoint, which I also can't use well. And its missing a couple of legs too (spiders have 8 legs).

Admittedly it's basically a cross between an oil rig, a spider and the city we have all seen on the website. As my drawing is so poor I will try and make sense of it though use... of words (I am better and wording than I am at drawing).
The Necropolis is built above a pit which is essentially a boneyard/graveyard, but on a vast scale. You don't want to hang around there, and invading armies probably don't want to attack from that direction because of the hordes of mindless undead. Due to the sea of undead down there oil rig may not be a bad comparison, just the Necromancers are instead excavating ancient graves for undead.
The legs themselves are fortified towers, bristling with arrow slits and Baristas ready to fend off any army who tries to lay siege to them, or feral undead. Most importantly though they have passages though them that enable Necromancers to venture down into/near enough to the pit to raise undead.
The Cityscape is built on a plate that is suspended above the pit, keeping the Heresh Citizens safely away from the lesser undead. Much of the City is filled with... well.... the normal things you would find in a city; homes, markets, temples, factories, etc. However towards the back of the 'Spider' a Stepped pyramid raises. This is where the city is ruled from. The Higher up the pyramid, then more prestigious are the people and institutions that are based there.
At the front end is a draw bridge, held in place by the spiders 'Mandibles'. The picture is not very clear, but imagine statue like mandibles with chains connecting them to the top of the draw bridge.
As to where the game play related buildings go, Lamasu, Skeletons and Skeleton Dragons come from the pit, Spiders build their webs between the legs or in the pit in a cave. A Ghost Tower should maybe be build on one or all the spider legs. Vampire Palace and City hall are at the top of the pyramid, Mausoleum on the row bellow it. Not sure where to put Grim Riders as I am not sure what they are.
To summarise, I am taking what is already there, but giving the legs a bit more of a function, as its holding up a city and keeping the ordinary people, above the more simple undead, while the vampires and rulers are above even the ordinary citizens. It is also giving a little bit of an industrial scale feel to the raising of undead. They are not just going to the local mortuary, but are digging up huge burial grounds, perhaps containing bodies from the time of the Shantitri Empire and the Elder Wars, in order to really fuel their war effort.

It's pink hair, because this is the colour of base of her hair, where hair are tick. They apear white towards tips of hair because of light in the background. You also see same pink colour at the very tips of the hair that is in shadow, which confirms this theory.

Is the new class of heroes (6 might and magic heroes) replacing the specialization of heroes (means the +5% per level ... etc ) ? I m not so sure about it now.

If you mean replacing skills like Offence, Logistics, and whatnot, no. If you mean replacing the Tears/Blood system, yes.
