That's gone for a long time. Development in that industry is reminiscent of fast-food development.
I mean, there was a time in the 70s and 80s - when porn became widely legal -, when "believability" with everything that includes (say, tasteful presentation some kind of story, somewhat "explaining" the situation, and so on) was important. As in "food". You know, maintain the illusion, that something to eat would actually taste well "naturally", all by itself, and just via cooking and spices and so on.
Not anymore, though. Waste of time and money.
I mean, there are of course a lot of "real movies" with explicit and unsimulated sex scenes. If you are interested, here you find a list:

NO THANKS. When I was a kid it happened that I was sleeping in the couch and me and my aunt were watching a thriller quite near one another when it suddenly erupted in to an explicit and unsimulated sex-scene for no reason and I'm traumatized to this day.
