I am not Sir_Stiven(thanks God!  ), but Djive has already talked about that, just have a look in page 3 of the "Comunity" Thread, not yours anymore...
Every member of the community can ask Moderators to delete off-topic or offensive posts in topics. It doesn't matter if you are the thread creator or another member. The decision on whether to actually delete the posts belongs to the moderator.

No I was not drunk..I was on vacation..you know the meaning of that word Nebuka? Believe it or not ..eventhough I am a mod I still like to have some fun here ..or did I give up the fun when I applied for being a mod? Hmm..I don't think so
So in conclusion I will try and be a "good" mod but don't expect me to be serious all the time. Afterall I am also a poster like the rest of you

nah never! 
there are always exceptions to every rule. As long as people respect eachother and when they do put asterisks in it's toungue in cheek or a joke, or to reply to a idiot such as DM then I have no problem with that person, mod or not

edit: I wouldn't mind if you also commented on the good things I did which I believe I must have done since I became a mod instead of focusing on little slip ups or whatever you think they are

lol..come to think of it..I wouldn't want to be perfect..but i don't like to have to watch every word I post..Or was that also included in the mod position..Anyways..I apologize for the so-called flaming but I didn't mean it that way..I was just having some fun. No but you did "sign up" for some extra responsibility, i think its great that you had a great time but still you dont see teachers pull off something like that "for fun" do you?
And i also wonder if i am the only one missing an explanation on all of this? obviously our loved mods are back but i am yet to find out what this is all about. There has been plenty of good questions asked in this thread and personally id say that some answers would be nice too.
And yes, i am back online again. Canīt say i missed being without it too much though, i actually felt alive in a great way since me and the rest of my new friends around this new place i moved didnt have any internet connection at all. The last week has been one of the funniest in my life, partying everyday meeting alot of new funny and interesting people who were just as "lost" here as i was to start with. I dont think ive spent this much time with friends the last two weeks than i was 12-13 years old and it was really great.
The only things i missed really was the news updates (sports!) and talking to a few of you. Since my school also started today i wont spend as time online as i used too..partly because of that school will take up alot of my time and partly because i dont want too. All this partying and hanging out much more with friends has made me realise something about myself.
Anyways, ill stop bore you with my stories and to get this somewhat back on topic again... some answers from the people that know what really happend would be nice to see.

Hmmm you really need to get this through Conn: You dont own any threads at all. The threads here belongs to this community. Yes, some people has the power to change it but still the threads here belongs to HC and its members. No matter who started the thread.
Oh and concerning that "bright" little "i can ask the mods to remove off topic posts" comment well...doesnt all of us have that possibility no matter which member that has started the thread?

Not sure which answers you are seeking, but there are at least partial answers in other threads.
In short both Lith and Romana placed their positions to disposal and handed over their resignations to Valeriy.
The reasons for this action was that both of them had broken the rules which apply for moderators.
Valeriy then decided to give the two renewed trust and asked them to stay as Moderators, and both of them have accepted.

I must say i am really disappointed in how all of this has been handled, no answers at all except Romana telling Nebuka that she should be allowed to toss around aswell. And when i got back this thread was going way back in the pages and i guess that is what most people involved wanted. Just cover this mess up and then want people to forget about it, well before i will rest my case i would like some comments from both Romana and Lith why they handed in their mod resignations.
I dont know about the rest of you but just leaving many people in the dark about a matter that concerns most members and then just want to forget about it doesnt impress me. Thats for sure.

Romana did admit her mistake in another thread, I think the one titled Why I resign or something. If you checked back a few days I'm sure you'd find it and most of the answers you are looking for. The whole DM thing should be just laid to rest and forgotten or else it could end up tearing the community apart yet more.

I apologize,
ive been away for a while and i checked back a few pages but i obviously missed that thread. It wasnt my intention to bring this back up now that i know that the questions has been answered.
Credit to Romana for sharing this, however im still suprised about the serious lack of judgement. But everyone makes mistakes and hopefully people learn from them. As ive said i will rest my case here now but i really hope lessons has been learned from all of this.
Im sorry that i brought this up again.
